• The player has requested account closure or self-exclusion, in which case 367bd will process the closure in accordance with the responsible gaming procedures applicable at the time of the request.

Upon account closure for any reason, 367bd will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Winnings voided due to a Terms breach will not be returned.

8Intellectual Property
